A Seal of Approval Service Provider are those service providers that use Carpet and Rug Institute’s Seal of Approval certified equipment and cleaning chemicals as part of their routine cleaning procedures. SOA Service Providers are required to sign a participation agreement with the Carpet and Rug Institute outlining these guidelines. In addition it is suggested they be an IICRC certified firm/technician.
