Question 3 - Can you provide me with a copy of your charges and will these prices change?

• A firm written quote should be provided before any work is completed. This invoice should not change unless you add additional items to the original work order.  Beware of "bait & switch" type companies that may offer very low-priced carpet cleaning services or discount coupons that seem to good to be true.  Many will have fine print that conceals additional charges for preconditioning, rinsing, etc. An ethical company will provide a full, written quote before any cleaning begins. Question 4 - Do you guarantee your work?

• A sign of an honest and ethical company is one that will guarantee their work in writing. The company should be prepared to correct any work that is not up to your satisfaction.
